At Vittoria, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all technical tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our distribution center.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
